Stamping equipment
Using Japan's KYORI high-speed punching machine, up to SPM1,500; wide adaptable material thickness 0.05-0.6mm; continuous and stable production of a large number of high-quality products.
Injection molding equipment
The injection molding machine adopts Japanese FANUC all-electric injection molding machine, with a shooting speed of up to 500MM/S, equipped with Youxin SC-70 manipulator (electric motor) with high precision, clamping accuracy of 0.1 mm, and KAWATA dehumidifying and drying material system.
Electroplating equipment
Types of electroplating: gold, tin, nickel, etc.; electroplating methods: selective brush plating, spot plating, immersion plating, spray plating, etc.; electroplating precision: minimum 0.1-0.2 square millimeter selective electroplating can be made.
Process equipment
Using our original "sealed oil-immersed constant temperature high-speed silent conjugate cam system", the normal needle insertion speed can reach 1,400N/M, and the CCD detection system takes line light source + high-definition high-speed dynamic camera + PLC control + cam handling as the main technical features.
